For individuals, small closely-held businesses and larger corporate clients requiring the assistance and advice of an expert litigator, Dennis Woody brings a wealth of experience. For over 20 years in Delaware County, one of the largest counties in Pennsylvania, he has earned a reputation as one of the most competent and skillful courtroom lawyers in Southeastern Pennsylvania. His diversified practice has brought him to the Bar of the Court to defend and prosecute Civil, Commercial, and Criminal matters, as well as any type of estate or trust related dispute. He also has extensive experience in the negotiation and preparation of contracts for commercial clients and estate planning for individual clients.

Dennis earned his J. D. at Temple University and earned two B. A. degrees at the Pennsylvania State University, one in Labor-Management Relations and one in Political Science.

Dennis is presently a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Delaware County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and all Pennsylvania Courts where he represents numerous clients at the trial court and appellate levels.

Dennis is presently an active member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania and Delaware County Associations of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Orphans Court Rules Committee and the Education Committee. He has planned and led numerous seminars for his colleagues in the Delaware County Bar Association and for various community organizations.
